Loan Payments and Advances Procedure

A procedure for The Private Bank Service Team at Wells Fargo. (The text has been redacted to omit internal terminology such as application names and commands. Screen shots of the proprietary applications and internal web addresses have also been omitted. All links are inoperable.)

I designed the look and feel of these web-based procedures (~500 total), which are used by phone bank agents when a client or internal team member calls to request a particular type of transaction.

These procedures had to conform with internal compliance policies, banking procedure, and U.S. law, and were revised in accordance with the new procedures that resulted from the Wachovia acquisition.
